firing goes both ways... I would say report the threats to HR so they can take care of it rather than you..
If he's making death threats they should really have some sort of security there with you when you fire him.
Be a true employee and delegate the job... To the supervisors in question, he can't kill them all at once.
Fire him and hire his sister and piss him off!
Well the dude being former military he's having to assimilate back to crappy boring regular life but the death threat parts are a hell no he has to go
