Buy a urinal, thats what I have.
Replace the bathroom doorknob with one that requires a key to unlock it. Then keep the only key and refuse to open it unless he stops. If you have two bathrooms in your house, it's all the better because you can leave one open for him to use and keep the other locked and clean for yourself.

I use whilst sometimes. It's more of a british terminology, whilst "while" is more of an American word. It's like commas, Americans will add a comma before and, whilst British people do not. EX: American: I like to read books, magazines, and FML British: I like to read books, magazines and FML. It's all in language preferences.
