If you find yourself allergic to earrings it's most likely because they are poor quality gun studs, most of them contain nickel, which is a very common allergy trigger. If you wear low quality jewellery and it turns your skin green/brown then you have an allergy to it. Even titanium gun studs are just coated and that coating wears off after a while. If you want to have your ears pierced properly get them done with a sterile needle in a sterile environment. The shop front of Claire's and other places are not sterile, neither are the gun or gun studs, by a mile. The only way to properly sterilise jewellery and equipment is to use an autoclave, in which guns and studs would just melt because they are poor quality. When cannula needles are used they come pre-packaged and so are sterile, and other equipment used by a professional piercer will have been treated in an autoclave: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autoclave Proper body jewellery also comes packaged and is sterile which gives your body a much better chance of healing. For more in depth knowledge of the atrocity of gunned piercings, visit this site: http://ku-ku.co.uk/Gun.htm
technically speaking, green eyes are a result of the "brown" gene...i side with the boyfriend.
you got ******* diamonds!!! that gives him the right to call you a rhino so shush!
It's clear that you're confused. He wants you to get your ears pierced and by using the term "brown eye", he isn't referring to your eyes.
haha boyfriend FAIL. forgiveness FAIL too.
I think OP might be implying that she suspects him of cheating on her with someone who has brown eyes and has pierced ears, and that he got the two of them mixed up. At least, that's what I get out of the way it was written
Granted, this FML isn't exactly Armageddon. But WHY do people (both men and women) say things like "Oh he's a guy, he can't be expected to know details like your eye color" Just because he's a guy doesn't mean he can't remember the little things!
Maybe he has a daughter you just don't know about. Nobody calls their significant other princess? That's a term for a daughter.
he was complimenting your eyes not asking u to use the ear rings on them.
Well, it was a sweet thought, but he losing points for not being observant. I could see how he could confuse the eye color. I consider my eyes green, but they're more of a hazel and in certain lighting they can look brown or even gold. Sometimes my mom will comment, "You're eyes look darker today." So don't hold that one against him. It is kind of foolish for a guy to buy expensive earrings for his girlfriend without being 100% certain she has pierced ears first though. Maybe you could exchange the earrings for a nice necklace or something.

Maybe he's hoping you'll get brown contacts and pierce your ears to suit his royal standards. lol
"Us guys"? Speak for yourself. I'm a guy, and I would make sure NOT to write down the wrong color on this note. If I didn't know, I wouldn't say anything about it. Some guys are not assholes, newsflash.
