Today, my boyfriend informed me that he'd resolved all the issues with his ex and is getting back together with her. Normally I could tolerate this if it weren't for the fact that I just moved to a different country to live with him, and turned down a university and a scholarship. FML

I almost feel bad saying YDI, but I do stand by it. The fact that the only thing that really peeved you about this was loosing the scholarship, means that the relationship obviously want stable enough to give the scholarship up for to begin with. "Normally I could tolerate this"...why the hell would you go through all that trouble to pursue a relationship when you could tolerate it ending like that?

You're serious? You do realise you threw your future away for some guy in a different country? Only you can be at fault, you can't blame him for not accepting your own scholarship... I think you need to grow up and mature a little more before getting yourself in a relationship...
