Today, my boyfriend of 2 years took me to get a tattoo done with his name on. He paid for it. After it was done he told me it was over between us and he thought it'd be a nice reminder of him for me. FML

Today, I got a tattoo with my boyfriend's name on it. As we're coworkers, I showed it to him thinking he’d love it. He told me he couldn’t continue the relationship anymore since he realized he wants to fix things with his wife. Three hours of pain and 2 years down the drain. FML

248, i am guessing you are twelve. because anyone above that age knows NEVER to get a lover's name tattooed on them, no matter how greatly they love them. it has nothing to do with how much you love someone. i love my boyfriend to death but i would never do something like that. it would be almost creepy. and being 12, i really don't think you know a thing about love anyway

Never get a tattoo of anyone's name unless its like you mom, sister, daughter, etc. Even if you do believe you'll never be apart, better safe than sorry.

how do you NOT deserve that?! the FIRST RULE of tattooing, other than making sure you're not allergic to the ink, is to NEVER EVER EVER get someone's name tattood on you that you're dating!! EVER!!! Stupid ass TT"
