hahaha sounds like something my boyfriend would do but that's cuz he's goofey :-) I would laugh but them again not all relationships can be comedic and lovey at the same time. normally someone gets offended and it sucks haha but if you can't enjoy the comical guy who proposes then that's your loss

let's put it this way: if he really thinks it's that hard to propose to a girl that he should do at least the romantic-go-on-the-knee-version. The moment he knees down and looks up to her face you see what reaction she has in her face and if it is too hard to get a NO than just pretend to tie up your shoes!
