Why would a bird not being able to fly mean you could suddenly keep it? No, you selfish ********, it means the bird needs to be taken to a wildlife centre where they can assess it, and decide whether to treat and release it, treat it and keep it in captivity in a special enclosure with other disabled birds to be cared for by someone who knows what the **** they're doing, or put it down. Under NO circumstances should a layman EVER keep a wild animal, no matter what's wrong with it. It's not a shiny pebble or an interestingly shaped twig, it's a living animal, and you should respect that.
