I'd be very interested to see how many people would still think this was awesome if he'd picked something other than Star Wars. I get that for everyone other than her it was probably funny - but if they want to have a funny wedding they can do it at their OWN wedding. I have always maintained that a wedding should be what the couple wants - if they want a traditional wedding they can look back on and remember well (even if to everyone else it was just 'another wedding') then great. If they want to dance down the isle they can do that as well. Or just wander down and have a 5 person wedding in jeans and a t-shirt.. so long as it's what they want. Think of any event in your life you have planned and are really looking forward to.. how much are you going to appreciate someone else doing something stupid just for a laugh?

you should refuse to pay the d.j. and when they get pisses tell them they already got their pay from your brother and maybe if he had been professional instead of aiding a selfish prick in ruining your wedding

Yea I agree that was awesome and quite hilarious but you all do have to understand that it was a selfish thing to do. I mean he's implying that she's evil on the day where it's supposed to be special, I'm sure she'll laugh it off and maybe plot revenge when his day comes. It's only fair.

Well if you made a scene then technically you would have ruined your own wedding for getting upset.

The way to solve this is simply not to invite people who are incapable of behaving in public. Who cares if they're family?

I guess I can understand why the OP is upset. People usually spend a lot of money on weddings. They probably put in a lot of effort and time as well. Everyone deserves to have the wedding they want. After all,if OP didn't have the wedding she wanted,all the money spent and effort poured in would have been wasted.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind walking down the aisle to this song. Actually I'm going to do that whenever I do get married.
