I'm sure the cat enjoyed your company
Outsid?
That typo in the FML is bothering me too lol.
Its time to take the sibling rivalry to next level. Lol
I feel you OP, don't worry it will get better at least it would for me. Just make your parents feel bad and get the upper hand.
I'm so sorry OP that you can't choose family, that could've seriously injured you though, (Also really hope the add the YDI back in I LOVE the new one, I personally think they should just leave it but add YDI as a third option)
Revenge is a dish best served cold...unpack their bags just before you leave to Canada. Not everything...just their underwear or something that they really need.
Reminds me of when I was a little kid and my older sisters taped me up in a blanket and threw me in the bathtub and told me the terrorists were coming to get me. Good times.
Unless they physically forced you into the suitcase to start with, to some small degree YDI for going along with getting into that suitcase. At least this should teach you not to be so trusting. No life experience is wasted if you earn from it.
The speed at which people are willing to blame people for being hurt as a result of trusting their family is rather horrifying. Especially that they never stop to think about what their "you deserve if for trusting them" says to victims of even more serious family crimes. Believe it or not people, never trusting your family is not how family is supposed to work. If that is how your family life works, then you have a dysfunctional family. I say this as someone from a dysfunctional family- your family is supposed to be the one group of people that takes care of and loves you unless you do something truly horrific. That said, can people stop with the bloody victim blaming? The answer to someone being hurt for trusting someone they are supposed to be able to trust ISN'T "Well you shouldn't have trusted them," it's "They shouldn't have done that." Considering that this 'joke' of the siblings' or they're 'sibling rivalry' could have killed OP if they were out there once the temperature started to drop, people are prioritizing the wrong things as the problem here.
