I agree with some other commenters that this story seems a little strange. I got my puppy at 8 weeks old, and even then he still had what I call puppy legs, short, fat, and wobbly enough that if they run too fast, they end up doing a front roll- almost makes it impossible for them to run away. Anyways, have you called local shelters, put up signs, asked friends to help you look? You should probably tell your cousin that you've lost the puppy BEFORE he returns home, or else you're going to realize just how unbelievable the "sneeze story" sounds as you're telling it, then you'll just look like a fool.
I have.a feeling that op has given up all hope in finding that puppy.
it ran away a week ago and has been gone fore 10 days? I wish I had a time traveling puppy.
wow, they changed the definition of "last week" to mean "exactly one week ago"? I wish I was caught up on these things!
Say the puppy ran away but say," oh my god (insert puppies name here) just ran away as you were pulling in the driveway!" in a frantic voice.
Telling them is the best option. Not much you can do, you just sneezed and it ran off. That's just bad luck OP.
Buy a replacement ASAP.

Are you telling me you had a PUPPY outside not on a lead? Or are you telling me you have lost a puppy inside your own home? Either way, you are fucktarded. The poor puppy :(
Replace the pup before they return from the trip.
