Today, my crush was walking up to me and I put my earphones in, playing hard to get. When I heard him say something about a date I take an earphone out and say, "Oh, I didn't see you there!" His response, "They're not connected to anything," holds up the end of my earphones and walks away. FML

You are such an idiot. This is why girls need to stop playing hard to get, they just make themselves look stupid, or you will do it too much and the guy will give up. How about just saying "Hi" next time like a normal person? YDI

playing hard to get is overrated. If you like him and he likes you playing hard to get is stupid and irrelevant. I'm going to say YDI because this is deff an FML It's his FML too though... You should explain to him that you were playing hard to get and have a big laugh about it... haha... O.o

haha YDI for trying to play "hard to get."

You couldn't have deserved it more. That was just plain stupid.

Playing hard to get doesn't make sense as I'm sure you are have figured out by now. People don't want hard to get, they want someone who they feel is interested in them as a person, who they like to talk to and who they are attracted to. He either thought one of two things (1) She really doesn't like me, to the extent that she's pretending to listen to music to get me to go away or (2) She's into mind-games. I want a relationship not a ****** up power-game. Either way YDI for not figuring out that people like real emotion rather than fake

YDI, you are not achieving anything by playing hard to get at. That's for all girls in general.
