Ask if you can exchange him for a more appreciative father
Ask him if he could exchange his attitude
Did you just go full grammar nazi? Never go full grammar nazi... Especially on yourself
Oh shit I forgot about fathers day.... Thanks for reminding me!
Homemade gifts can never live up to the ones made in China.
Should just get him a tie. A plain, grey, tie.
With little amobia cells on it.
I agree. I would either give it to him anyway and let his ass be unhappy and deal with it while being happy because I did something great. Either that or give him nothing at all and not even recognize Fathers Day. Wouldn't say anything, just act like its another day so MAYBE he'll realize its better to have an appreciative daughter. Some people don't realize how good they have it until its gone and don't get it. And compliments to the name of your country: Lithuania. Its beautiful. I've never heard of it, but I know its in Northern Europe. What's it like? Is it pretty, if I may ask anyone who has been? :) Sorry
I would have said sure, you can exchange it... for no present at all(:
My dad would rather not receiving any gift at all than have me spend my hard earned money on something he doesn't want or can't use. He's so hard to shop for! I usually just take him out to a nice dinner and keep things simple.(:
Next time spend 10 minutes buying a case of beer, works on my dad. Sometimes he even tears up in appreciation.
Yea the appreciation of hard work and effort that goes into a present is often lost on men. Personally Im just as happy with something practical like a gift card as I am with something home made
True, those are quite practical, but If I buy him gift cards then he has to go through the trouble of going to get the beer, and when I make my own, it never comes out fizzy enough..
Keep your head up OP. One day you won't fail.
Except he didn't exactly fail there...
I know what you're getting him for Father's Day next year... Nothing.
Wow tell him how hard you worked on it and that he's being a huge douche of a father
Get him a cardboard version of something really expensive, then smash it right in front of his horrified eyes, and then pull out your present from inside it.
It's the thought that counts...
