An adult should be able to do those basic things themselves. Just because he is the father it does not mean OP is his property/slave. He wanted a child - his responsibility to provide for him/her. Kids should be grateful for the things parents do for them but they don't owe you shit and people should stop acting like children are some legal slaves for your bidding and expect respect when you give none.
