Today, my father yelled at me for changing one of his two programmable seat positions in his car because he uses both. Apparently, #1 is for sober driving and #2 is for high/drunk driving. Go dad. FML

A lot of people drive drunk because their judgement is ****** when they're drunk. Clearly your dad plans to do it, even beforehand - seems like he's quite a retard.

Everyone is different, I know a lot of people who claim that it's easier to drive when high because you can focus however it's just as easy to become focused on something else while you're driving. I could be "high as balls" too and then suddenly notice a very appealing billboard for Twinkies and begin thinking about them. "mmm Twinkies" *crashes car*

Really? I had a friend's older brother get hit by a drunk driver. He was working on a Phd at the time. He will never be able to live on his own again. He had to relearn how to walk/talk/ride a bike. Also, I work in a hospital and have to see the effects of these "cool as ****" people who damage other people's lives. The drunk driver hardly ever gets hurt because they're so drunk that they move with the crash. The other people see the asshole coming and tense up. It's almost always the sober person that ends up dying because of morons like the OP's dad. It's kind of obvious by your typing, though, that you're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

yeah try saying that this person is "cool as ****" for driving drunk to my mom and family and see what they say after my father was killed by a drunk driver. i don't think they'd like you very much, would they?

blah blah blah. the point here is that no matter what they're used for, if it's your dad's car you SHOULDN'T be changing the seat settings.

Have you ever even met a cowboy in your life? Probably not. Most of them are not like that at all. People from all over do that kind of stuff not just in Texas and not just cowboys like you said. Don't judge if you don't know what you are talking about.

How 'bout this: a breathalyzer-type device. if it detects that the driver is drunk or stoned, a pneumatic piston drives a steel spike through their head. That's what they deserve, anyway.
