Take him up on it. Arrange that threesome he's always talked about. Make sure the other girl has herpes but don't tell him. When he gets back to you later complaining about the intense pain and itching, just say "it's for the road".

either he's a jerk you shouldn't have married so this is to your benefit, or he said it because you have set a standard where treatment like this is acceptable, in which case you know better next time, also to your benefit. this is win-win not FML.
