Today, my fiancé proposed to me. He said, "I could have picked anyone, but I chose you. You're a solid 2, which is average. Not a 10, but I'm glad you're a 2. Less pressure, ya know." I'm not sure if I should be more upset with the fact that I'm "average", or the fact that he thought this was romantic. FML

And you know she is a 10 because....? No need to give out fake compliments. Not everyone can be a 10. If they were then we would just up the scale to 20. Not everyone is as attractive as other people. Should your boyfriend ever tell you you are a 2? No. At least lie and say 9.

First, love yourself, if you get that part right, you'll start to get the acknowledge that your fiancé is an asshole, please dump this guy, nobody deserves to be categorized by someone who it's supposed to love you. Find someone who would not even care about if you are a 10 o a 2, but loves you as if you were a 10000.

All that should count is that he loved you enough to marry you. No one should care if someone says you look "average" don't expect people to say "omigod you are gorgeous." Grow a spine and take it.
