Mouthwash works too. Hopefully there was no fire.
Mouthwash kind of works but sucks haha. The smell makes you eyes burn. Didn't work for my hair
Mayo?? Well, I guess it might have looked like you were dying your hair?
umm lice like CLEAN hair. also, heat hatches the eggs. hair dying chemicals sometimes work, sometimes don't. Tea tree oil is a good preventitive, also hair spray but those wont kill lice. never heard of the mayo solution. Pretty much the special shampoos are the way to go... unless the mayo worked.
Hair dye does work due to the harsh chemicals. It kills the lice, and they stay away if you have many chemicals in your hair. Heat products also work because they burn them
I said they don't ALWAYS work. They probably do most of the time, but my sister had lice and used Hair dye and the blow dryer. She even picked out as many of the eggs as possible, changed her bedding, etc. and still had lice.. Don't ask me how, but sometimes those buggers are determined i guess.
You guys could just pretend you're not home and lock all the doors, etc. It's probably just a drill...sorry if it's not, though.
I think I would rather be seen in public with my head covered in saran wrap and mayonnaise than burn to death in a fire.
It's not like they're both sitting around at home after typing out the FML, waiting for everyone to give them dumb advice in the first place. Never treat an alarm like a drill.
Yup FYL. To be honest I wouldn't believe that were using mayo for the lice since I never knew that was a solution to it..
Haha maybe they'll start calling you Doc Brown!( back to the future)
Thank you. I tried wording it like twelve different ways to make it better and couldn't think of anything. But you don't just not use a back to the future reference when given an opportunity.
Mayo does not kill lice, I should now my daughter got it before and I read everything known to man. RIX is the best lice shampoo to get, and there are preventative sprays to get. I know the shampoos are expensive but it's the only way to get rid of them. You also need to retreat in 7 days and before treating yourself wash all your sheets and clothes you came in contact with. Good luck OP. FYL

Run for your lice!
I have never heard of that trick. Did it work, OP?
