Next time just get the lice kit. It has a lice shampoo, a lice conditioner, a lice comb, and a lice spray. Wash all your bedding, and spray pillows and stuffed animals with the spray in the kit. All clothes that were worn or that came in contact with clothes that were worn must be washed.
Not everyone can use those harsh chemicals on their scalp. Being a Ginger, I was told it was best to not ever use strong things on my scalp. Also people with medical problems with their liver or such cannot handle the chemicals as it may not be able to leave their body. So Mayo and saran wrap is a cheap and organic-ish version of it.
Wow mayo. Never used that one before. Lice love clean hair because it is easy for them to deposit eggs on. I have heard that warm olive oil smothers them, but that doesn't kill the eggs. I wish you luck getting rid of those pests. Good news is you will have silky smooth healthy hair after your mayo conditioning.
I wonder if it matters what brand of mayo it is, like real mayonnaise, or miracle whip..?
Why didn't you use a shampoo? It's quicker and always worked on my kids.
Shit, I meant 59.
Mayo doesn't get rid of lice... So you all looked dumb for nothing.

I have never heard of that trick. Did it work, OP?
