Unless he was referring to the tattoo being done badly, don't worry about it! Remember it was whoever got the tattoo that chose it, not you or your staff.. Everyone has different taste :)
Well a tattoo means something different to whoever gets it. So one person may think it's terrible but the person that actually has it on them may love it and it may have a meaning to them. There's tattoos I do not like on people but it has sentimental value to them. So honestly, it really matters when it comes to who actually got it done to themselves. If the customer hated it, that's when you should be concerned cuz it's on their body. Other than that, I wouldn't be too worried.
Well all that matters is if the customer like its.
So what? If that person liked it, it doesn't matter.
Need to see a photo... Not sure if they meant that the actual tattoo design was horrible or how it was donez
Maybe it wasn't the quality but the actual tattoo (that you, the artist did solely by the customers request?)
Something my tattoo artist did on a customer ended up on a bad tattoo website. The quality was flawless (like looking at a photo), however, no amount of quality will save you from the fact that you have a tattoo of Charlie Sheen in Major League on your body.
Unless you made the tattoo yourself, there isn't really anything to worry about.
V true ----^
Doesn't necessarily mean you're a bad artist! I've seen some really appalling tattoos done by an amazing artist. It depends on the design!

Well OP it's a matter of opinion right? If the client was happy that's all that matters.
Maybe it was done right just not the best choice of tattoo by the customer.
