Well, a recent study shows that people in love will put on the pounds when they are comfortable in the relationship. Personally, I gain weight when I'm depressed and miserable with someone. Maybe she's just depressed because of you, or maybe she's comfortable with you? Either way, it sucks for her because you care more about her size than the underlying reason making her weight shift. Oh my god, all the people saying that size 12 American is normal, you are bullshitting yourselves. That is an Australian size 16 which can't even be bought in half our clothing stores. It is definitely overweight, and I'm sure she looks far less attractive than she did original,y which is definitely a fml. If she had a y respect for her partner or herself she would have noticed the weightchangewhen she went up two dress sizes and done something about it before it got to this. Having atoned tight body may be hard,but staying in a healthy weight range is not. I feel sorry for you op
