Wow. Even if you are twins, as someone else commented, that's pretty messed up. I'd dump her and probably not talk to my brother for a while if I were in your situation. But I also hold grudges for a while and don't know the relationship between you and your brother. So at the very least I hope you dumped her... That's just not right.
