For the people saying OP should break up with her since he doesn't trust her: she has a problem, it's not really a matter of trust. If OP loves her, even with her conditition, the best he can do is get her professional help (if he hasn't already) and be there for her no matter what. Of course, if that doesn't work and he can't take that relationship, then it's time to break up.
