Wow, this isn't that big of a deal. It's a personal preference. For me, my fiance and I do everything together, no discretion. And we don't care. Our romance is very much alive. We simply find each others bodies beautiful and couldn't care less who does what when. It's not lack of manners, it's simply not caring about things you sometimes can't hide. I'd never be in a relationship where my boyfriend or girlfriend freaked out when I'm flatulent or anything like that. It'd make me question if every little thing I do is unattractive to them. But again, to each their own. Stop judging people based on personal habits and if use your damn bathroom lock.
