She might have said that to assure you that she haven't cheated? You should have a ling talk with her. I would also have been scared my boyfriend would think that of me if I said I had a phobia of monogamy. You don't know if it's trueor not since you don't know her feelings. It might just mean that she will never go further than being your girlfriend, or maybe she doesn't think it will last. She might also be scared of commitments and not monogamy. People are scared of a lot of weird things, so just talk to her and find out exactly how she feels and what's going on.
