who cares if they were $300, what if the poster just loves clothes more than beer or television (#35).
"Today, I helped my grandson/granddaughter sew up his/her ripped jeans and never got a thankyou. FML" Why is everyone ripping on the OP for buying 300$ designer jeans? Money is for spending. An object is worth as much as one is willing to pay for it, that's how the world works. 300$ isn't a lot of to pay for something that one wants.
i agree with #134 who cares if he spent $300 on jeans. i'd spend $300 on jeans if i had that money, those jeans are really nice. calling him lame because he spends $300 on jeans? dude, the guy probably has more sense of style than your walmart-shopping ass!
You disgust me.
Huh. Both of my grandmas express the same desire to patch up my jeans. One of them patched up my dad's jeans in the 90's when he wore real cool ripped jeans. Oh well. xD.
I think the REAL FML story is "I paid $300 for jeans with holes in them"
buy cheaper jeans and make the holes yourself, it's really not that hard. and if you can't cut holes in pants "artistically" enough yourself, i'm sure you can find a friend who can do it for you. it's not worth the money. most of us don't make enough money to blow $300 on one article of clothing and somehow we manage. i'm sure you will too.

well thats what you get for buying $300 jeans.
Maybe now you can reflect on how absurd it is to spend $300 on Jeans that are ripped, simply because they are "trendy"...
