Today, my grandmother patched up my $300, vintage, limited edition, designer jeans because she thought I'd accidentally ripped them. FML

well thats what you get for buying $300 jeans.

Maybe now you can reflect on how absurd it is to spend $300 on Jeans that are ripped, simply because they are "trendy"...

300$!?!?!? i would of gotten 15$ Walmart jeans and then ripped them myself..

I hate ripped jeans. At least your knees won't be cold anymore!

my friends grandma used to do the same thing, but she was from the old country and didnt get that rips are fashion. lol

Your grandma was being SWEET. Show some gratitude.

Those Jeans sound Gay anyways, maybe she thought that you deserved nice clothes that other people wouldnt make fun of you for. Moron.

did you buy them or use the credit card that daddy pays for you? If you bought them, I see how you'd be upset about it since it was your money. If your parents bought them, you have really no reason to be mad. Either way, your Grandma was trying to do something nice. Maybe next time don't leave your pants out or start doing your own laundry if you don't want bad things to happen to your clothes.

I could go out right now and buy ten pairs of $300 'vintage, limited edition, designer' jeans, but I'd rather spend it on something actually worth it. I don't care where my jeans come from as long as they're comfortable and fit me well. You should really be thanking your grandmother, instead of acting like your life is going to end. Grow up.

This should be on failblog instead of FML.
