The only thing worse than buying 300 dollar jeans is, think of what you could buy with that money. Thats about 20ish cases of beer, or a new xbox 360, half of a pretty decent television (maybe more) Gas money for awhile, the list goes on.

Why doesn't everyone just worry about how they're spending their own damn money? Some people spend $300 on jeans, others spend $300 on phones, and others spend $300 on colored fliers trying to find their lost $300 phones. It's her money, she can waste it however she wants. All ranting aside, your grandma deserves a "thank you" for at least trying to do something nice, since I'm assuming you were mad that something you spent so much money on is possibly ruined. I suggest you bake her cupcakes, spelling out "T-H-A-N-K-Y-O-U" and hope to hell that you don't get "K-U-N-T" back.

And yes, you're lucky to have a grandmother who does nice things for you. I lost my grandmother in January thanks to cancer...she was one awesome woman...never take them for granted.
