Today, my hormones decided to make my pimples appear symmetrically on my face around my nose and mouth. FML

I feel your pain. Day before senior year prom, I get the most massive pimple smack dab on my nose.

I recommend getting a foaming acne wash. Not the Clinique crap. You should be able to find it at a drug store, like CVS, in a blue bottle. They'll likely have it in the store brand, as well as the real brand. The store brand is cheaper and contains the same active ingredients, so get that. It smells awful, but works like a dream. It even helps prevent breakouts like this! Use it daily, and good luck, OP.

I got one right on my forehead day before the ball, it saluted you in all my photos... Sucks op but maybe when they clear up it'll be a great surprise? :)

I usually do that with acne cream. So far, no good patterns. Except that one I had that looked like the Big Dipper.

They say a symmetrical face is the most beautiful.

People with OCD probably wish that if they were to get acne, it would be symmetrical.

Dang, I've gotten a lot of pimples in really weird places but they've never been that way before

If I get pimples, which is quite rare - hooray for good skin genes - they always appear symmetrically on both sides of my cheeks! It's quite interesting.

I would recommend just going to a dermatologist. They'll tell you exactly what you need and they might give you "free samples" so you don't have to buy it.

I've been to a dermatologist. My acne "wasn't bad enough" for me to be prescribed any kind of topical or pill.

On the upside, I bet you look kinda like Bane.

Bane is awesome. Tom Hardy is sexy. Just thought I would add to it...

Why did this get so many downvotes? Loads of women get more spots when they're on their period
