Put her in "limited profile", she won't have access to your feed or pictures and won't be able to post. Problem solved.

If you don't accept or reject the request I believe they can't request you again. That's what I do anyway

Borderline harrassment much. Don't respond to the requests and just block her. She won't see anything.
