That sucks that she keeps sending the request. None of my coworkers are facebook friends because I don't want something to show up there that then affects my work life negatively.

Never put your real name on Facebook, and not just because of the crazy boss. It's dangerous having that much info for that many people to find about you

You can accept her, and add her to "restricted profile" found out there in your account for such kind of people. Problem solved.
