Today, my horrible boss sent me a Facebook friend request for the fifth time, in her attempt to not only bother me at work, but also through social media. FML

Maybe she didn't get the hint the first four times...

Put her in "limited profile", she won't have access to your feed or pictures and won't be able to post. Problem solved.

block her, if she askes tell her ypu deleted your profile

It is perfectly ok for you to explain to her that you do not have current employers as FB friends. It is inappropriate to do so. Add her to LinkedIn, which is specifically for business and ask her to endorse you.

Block her. I did that with my bosses and managers. There is no need for them to follow your Facebook. Now I never have to worry about it!

Works very well as it seems like the boss is using facebook AT WORK to harrass employees.... Hmmm, wonder what the company rules are for that?

maybe she's like Jennifer Aniston's character in Horrible Bosses and just wants to **** you

OP is female, so that scenario doesn't apply (ignore the small possibility that they're both lesbians).

that possibility is too ****** hot to ignore.

After a certain amount of requests/rejections, FB will ask if you know this person in real life. Just hit no and they won't be able to send another request. Same thing happened to me with a nosy ex-coworker. Good luck, OP

You can always block her on fb, she is your boss so tread lightly!

Politely ask her to stop and explain that it bothers you. :)
