block her, if she askes tell her ypu deleted your profile
It is perfectly ok for you to explain to her that you do not have current employers as FB friends. It is inappropriate to do so. Add her to LinkedIn, which is specifically for business and ask her to endorse you.
She sounds like an idiot.
Block her. I did that with my bosses and managers. There is no need for them to follow your Facebook. Now I never have to worry about it!
maybe she's like Jennifer Aniston's character in Horrible Bosses and just wants to **** you
that possibility is too ****** hot to ignore.
After a certain amount of requests/rejections, FB will ask if you know this person in real life. Just hit no and they won't be able to send another request. Same thing happened to me with a nosy ex-coworker. Good luck, OP
You can always block her on fb, she is your boss so tread lightly!
Can't you block her....?

Maybe she didn't get the hint the first four times...
Put her in "limited profile", she won't have access to your feed or pictures and won't be able to post. Problem solved.
