It's simple. If he knowingly accepted the pictures he is cheating, doesn't matter if it's from a male or female. She should devotes him and move on. If he didn't want the picture or ask for them and the coworker randomly sent them, he is not cheating. In the second case OP will have nothing to worry about. We won't know the outcome or small details unless OP replays to our comments.

Alimony is crap. I totally understand child support, I think that's great. But why should one of the spouses, typically the male, have to pay the other monthly? How is that fair, or courteous to either? There had to be a reason behind the divorce, so consistant visits to exchange money probably isn't very enjoyable.
