Seems alot of people are saying "oh the husband's cheating" without knowing anything else besides what was written in the post. To all these people saying "get a divorce" or "chuck all of his shit out on the lawn and if he tries to lie set his stuff on fire" (the **** is wrong with you!?), for all you know, this could be some crazy bitch of a co-worker who's obsessed with him, got his cell number from a company database, and someone he has no interest in ever being in the same room alone with. Ever heard "assume makes an 'ass' out of 'u' and 'me'"? Well it's applying to alot of people right now.

So what if your "gender is easily led astray?" That doesn't mean that we should sit there and accept and forgive everytime you cheat. If she's sending him naked pictures, there's probably something happening that should NOT be happening. If he had a legitimate reason to be receiving nude pictures, he should have, and probably would have, discussed it with his wife. So if he's been cheating on her, OP has a completely legitimate reason to divorce him. If he wasn't sure whether or not he could remain faithful to his wife, he shouldn't have gotten married, and I suggest that you refrain from entering the sanctity of marriage until you realize that "Hey, I'm a guy! It's not my fault if I cheat because EVERYONE knows that guys can't keep it in their pants!" is not a legitimate reason to justify cheating. My boyfriend and I have been together almost 4 years, and he hasnt cheated once. Know why? Because he takes our relationship seriously. Something you and the OP's husband are clearly incapable of doing.
