This could be bad though if it really is a "fetish" what if he looses interest because she doesn't look like that or the op could get sick of dressing like she's pregnant assuming she's willing to give it a shot. Doesn't sound like the OP is ok with it either.

i think he is a good person to have had the courage to tell you and not make it a point to satisfy it outside of your relationship, and shows that he trusts you. And to be honest, its just a fetish, i don't think there is anything to freakout about. I would recommend looking into it, if you might be comfortable in doing something like this. At the end of the day, its just a fetish. Nothing to freak out about.
