Hey, good thing it's an easy one, if you decide to indulge him. You can just take the belly off when you're done. Unlike with a real pregnancy.

Well there are two bright sides to this. 1) at least it's a fairly easy to indulge fetish, and 2) the fact that he shared this with you is a strong sign of trust in your relationship.
