Sounds to me like he needs Cognitive behavioral therapy
omg...ARACHNOPHOBIA. That is the movie. Problem solved.
So your husband actually destroyed the movie once because of his phobia, but you love the movie so much you still wanted another copy in your home? And he was willing to pay for it as a present? Wow, love and fear on display. Hide this copy very well, or you two will be playing this drama out for years.
that is a horrible description of yhe situation. you could have named the movie at least. i'm guessing spiderman since you husband is irrationally afraid of spider
Wow, at least he is making ptogress to get outside. And he is doing it for you know less. Thats awesome.
Do you even know what arachnophobia is...
This is more of a FHL. Your husband wanted to do something really thoughtful that meant having to overcome his fears, and he wasn't able to. He probably feels so sad and guilt right now. Instead of complaining about a movie that you can probably watch online anytime, why don't you thank your husband for making such a sweet and kind effort.
It's the thought that counts?

Spiderman obviously.
C'mon people, use your head. We all know Charlotte's Web takes the cake.
