Today, my iPod came back from repair and still had a distorted sound. I've been through calls, meetings, and repairs with Apple since Christmas, and it still sounds like the half speaker in my old car. Then I found out the new Nano requires you to push the headphones plug in harder. FML

You'd think someone in the apple shop would have just told you: "oh hey you didn't really push the headphones in properly" when you came there to complain the first time. Or am I being naïve now?

in about 5 minutes I would have gotten over how dumb I was. I wouldn't post it online however...

My earbuds always break so it results in me pulling it in half then fixing it later with solder and shrink tubing

I had the same problem but nobody figured it out until I had already exchanged my iPod for another

This similar thing happened with my beats. Instead of calling up representatives of the companies I just looked it up. The Internet is the friend of your problems

you didnt think to hear the click sound or anything? gosh -_-
