Today, my iPod came back from repair and still had a distorted sound. I've been through calls, meetings, and repairs with Apple since Christmas, and it still sounds like the half speaker in my old car. Then I found out the new Nano requires you to push the headphones plug in harder. FML

You'd think someone in the apple shop would have just told you: "oh hey you didn't really push the headphones in properly" when you came there to complain the first time. Or am I being naïve now?

The exact same thing happened to me! I got an entirely new iPod Nano before I realized I wasn't pushing it in far enough.
