Please read your lease because: 1) Most landlords are forbidden from entering a premises unless they believe there is an emergency. 2) Owning possessions is not terms for eviction barring state/city declared danger, like hoarding cases. Record any written interactions and make notes of verbal interactions including times and dates. If you have a signed and legal lease, what your landlord is doing is illegal. He may own the property, but as its legal occupant, you have tenant's rights.

This landlord would really hate having me for a client, then. Not only do I actually have a bed, but it's double-sized! A minimalist I ain't. :-P
