Ohh wow...you need to let your mother know that is NOT normal at all for 14. If she continues to allow that, your brother could have very f'd up ideals throughout his life including incest and rape. If I'm not mistaken (which I could be so please don't crucify me), the same argument was used in that Steubenville rape case... "they're just boys, they don't know any better". **** that. My little brother was five when he was told it was inappropriate to touch people in places like that. He's 11 now and already knows what consent is and why it is important. At 14 this kid is a teenager and is damn well old enough to 'know better'. And as his mother, God help me, that woman needs to TEACH him better if he doesn't already know. If he does it again, OP, kick him in the balls, smack him in the face, anything. And then say you didn't know any better. If he tries that with somebody else though, with a friend at school or something, he'll soon find out the hard way that that behavior is NOT acceptable. ******* rapist in the making...
