Today, my mom asked if I wanted to come to dinner with my parents and my grandparents who are in from London. When we got to the restaurant, there was a wait. My mom made me walk home because they could get a table quicker for a group of four than a group of five. FML

Today, I begged my parents not to take me to a restaurant for my birthday, but sure enough, they took me to one, along with my siblings, aunts, uncles, you name it. Ordering with them is a nightmare, so after a whole half-hour the waiter still hadn’t gotten everyone’s complicated orders written down. FML

Today, I invited my girlfriend to go eat out, hoping to put her in a really romantic mood. She decided to tell her friend, who then invited herself and another couple along. I ended up being made fifth wheel, and had to sit alone at an adjacent table. FML

Today, I went to my favorite restaurant with my mother. The food took a little longer than usual to arrive and my mom threw a fit, complete with kicking and screaming, in the middle of the restaurant. My mom and I are both banned for life. FML

Today, I asked my parents why we hadn't been out to eat as a family for so long. Both mom and dad agreed, so we made plans to go have breakfast at the Waffle House. Upon arriving, Dad threw a tantrum in the restaurant over nothing, and insisted on yelling at us the entire time. Guess I got my answer. FML

Today, my parents started fighting at a restaurant. Embarrassed, I went to the restroom to get away and stayed in there for about 15 minutes, knowing how long their fights can last. When I came back, they were gone. They'd ditched me, and left me to walk several miles back home. FML

Wow, you're mother is a C*nt. I would be incredibly angry with her for a very long time. I am sure you don't see your grandparents all that much, and sitting down to catch up over a nice meal is what I would have been looking forward to. If they wanted a table quicker that bitch of a mother should have left.

It is bad enough that your mom was such a bitch like that, but I also don't get why your Dad and Grandparents also let this happen. Unless your family is the type that your mom kind of dominates and everyone just lets her do and say what she wants without question. I also hope it wasn't a very long walk home, in which case the bitch could have at least given you the money to get a cab. If your mom didn't want to wait, she should have either made reservations, called ahead, or made everyone a nice home cooked dinner.
