I'm probably being spiteful, but if she's going to be like that, I say you call her bluff. What she said is really hurtful, and you're the only one who knows her best. So, if she was saying it to emotionally manipulate you, tell her to do it and get it over with already. If she has a legitimate mental health issue, you should urge her to seek help.
