me too..
I understand what your going through i get anxiety and panic attacks and when i have them i scratch my arms too. Its a nervous tick i have so I understand what you mean. My mom is just as neurotic too.
Anti-Anxiety can be more addictive then hard core drugs. It all depends on what dose you are on, how long you are on it and what medication it is. Thats why when you swap meds normally doctors will make you go one day off, one day on and normally takes two weeks to a month to come off them completely. Never go cold turkey. As well as avoid a antianxiety-depression med by the name Effxor, its got one of the worst rated withdrawl symptons of almost any anti-anxiety medication. Shakes, headaches, trembling, cold sweats, throwing up. Just make sure if you do continue to take them, make sure you never go without and if swapping dose or medication to do it by Doctor supervision. ❤❤
Call your doctor to discuss your options. The authorities may end up getting involved, because this is medical abuse. This is a conversation you need to have with your doctor, though, because they have the best shot at unraveling this.

I'll never understand why parents do this to their kids... They need to stop listening to Paranoia News and grow some common sense.
what a caring mom...
