Today, my mother informed me that we are no longer taking my graduation trip to New York. Instead, she and her group of continuously drunk friends are going to Vegas because, "We could win the jackpot and take you on an even bigger trip to New York!" She's never won anything in her whole life. FML

Today, to celebrate my older sister's 21st birthday, my parents forced me to take the night off work so we could all go to the casino. Not only is this coming out of my vacation, I wasn't old enough to enter the casino, so I had to sit in the car. FML

Your mother gave birth to you,raised you,fed you and put clothes on your back,right? If that's the case quit being a brat and suck it up.Though it sucks that she's not keeping her promise,it is her money.Maybe you should find a way to go on your own.

I know that it is not what you wanted and you're probably pretty disappointed, but at least Vegas is pretty fun. There is a lot more to do there than just gambling. Go see penn and teller! You will not regret it, and they stick around after the shows until the last fan has had a chance to meet them. It was the best celebrity experience of my life. :)
