Today, my mother informed me that we are no longer taking my graduation trip to New York. Instead, she and her group of continuously drunk friends are going to Vegas because, "We could win the jackpot and take you on an even bigger trip to New York!" She's never won anything in her whole life. FML

Well, it's her money. It sucks that she can't keep her promise, but you can always go on a trip with your friends. That'll probably be more fun anyway.

It is ******* safe to say, you're screwed my friend. You should forget about the trip, I am so upset for you, I totally feel what you feel, it was the same for me when my mom promised me with an abroad trip for summer and ended up spending my budget on my brother expenses :/
