I'm American, but I keep feeling compelled to berate other dumb Americans for their cultural ignorance. In many, many civilized countries in the world, it is perfectly normal to live with your parents in your twenties, oftentimes until you get married. It happens all over the world and is not seen as pathetic in the least. Perhaps because they have a stronger sense of family, or maybe just because they've more smartly planned ahead. Many 20 year olds move out in America, find they can't make it, then move back home.
Why is your mom cleaning your room and not you and or your partner?
You're 24 why is your mother cleaning your room?
She must want grandkids
Here's a novel idea... Move out and learn to support yourself! Seriously though. At the very least your mom should not still be cleaning your room.
Okay mom, I'll have sex without them.
So you're 24, have time to buy condoms, have time to ****, but don't have time to clean your own room? YDI.

She probably will always see you as her little innocent daughter...
Clean your own room, your mum won't have to do it for you!
