Today, my neighbors put up their Christmas lights. They blink red and green on and off. Ever since they put them up, my dog hasn't stopped barking. It's 2:00AM. FML

Say that the person DID have the dog outside - I'm from one of the coldest places on Earth and we have our dogs outside. That doesn't mean that we don't build them a nice and big warm home to go into when they feel cold.

..depends on where you live and what kinda of dog. I think dogs should be allowed in, but it's not necessarily harmful if you don't.

I wish people wouldn't be so damn hateful on this website. I'm sure the owner is trying as hard as they can to quiet the dog, no one likes a yappy and upset pet, but dogs naturally dislike things out of the ordinary. It would see the bright, fast moving lights and be confused, not being able to understand the purpose of the lights. Also, going to the neighbours is all well and good, but not all neighbours get along well, and some are just stubborn arses. The internet is a vice for everyone, and FML is a place for people to complain about what ***** them off in their life.
