Usually detachable shower heads have different pressure settings, which you can switch between (pulsating, etc.) OP probably used one of them and directly sprayed her ******** for some stimulation. Well said.. I'm a guy and had this figured out in under 5 seconds but clearly some people including girls are clueless. As a guy I can also appreciate the added benefit of this method in keeping the vag clean and smelling better :)
