Today, I came home after a party to my parents, who confronted me. They said that my phone had made a pocket call to them and they heard a good half hour of people talking about drugs and alcohol. I confessed at that point. I checked my phone after. I hadn't called them in 3 days. FML

Let us stop and think for a second. I think you took what your parents said out of context. They are not mad about the fact that you came home late at 1am. In fact, it's completely different! They are unbelievably pissed, that their son of 30...is coming to THEIR home, at 1am in the morning. They don't give a **** what time it is, it's just the fact your stepping foot in their house for means of shelter. 18 is the age to **** off and make a living. May your dignity stop spiralling the drain.
