That reminds me of my own roommate. In her defense, she might just be simply forgetting to turn it off, but our classes have been over for several days now and she still has it set to go off at 8 (and I've even asked her to remember to turn it off). If she needed get up for whatever reason, then fine, but after turning it off, she just goes back to sleep (and sometimes she accidentally presses the snooze instead of turning it completely off).

my boyfriend does this every morning. except his alarm goes off every 2 minutes and has to do a series of math problems in order to turn it off. fml :

The next morning get up and punch him every time he presses the snooze button

I think I can beat this! My mother, god love her, is stone deaf without putting her hearing aids in. In the mornings she lets her alarm ring forever and when she does wake yells out to get me up. She never hears the ten times I scream back and I have to go to get room and get her aid for her. It always ends with her saying " didn't you hear me calling you? "
